SMT Celebrates 100 Years of Catholic Education

The St. Martin of Tours Catholic School Centennial Open House, held on Sunday, April 30th was a great success with over 80 people in attendance! Alums and past teachers gathered to celebrate 100 years of Catholic education and members of the student council gave school tours. The Open House was followed at noon by Mass at St. Martin of Tours Parish celebrated by Archbishop Edward Adams. 

In addition, St. Martin of Tours Parish recently celebrated the anniversary of their 100th Mass on June 23, 2023.  The celebration continued after 4:00 PM Mass with music and an assortment of food and snacks in the school yard.

For 100 years, the St. Martin of Tours Catholic School has cultivated stories, memories and contributions to the  Oxford Circle community of Northeast Philadelphia.
