We welcome volunteers! To ensure the safety of our students, all volunteers are required to obtain three clearances before serving: PA Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Fingerprinting. Follow the steps on the IMS Clearances web page.

Arrival and Dismissal

Students may begin entering the gym at 7:30am.
School begins at 8:00 am. Students who arrive after 7:55 am are considered late.
Breakfast is available for students beginning at 7:30 am.
Morning Car Line Procedure:
Cars enter the parking lot through the lane closest to the school building. Teachers and students help children out of the car. Parents, please do NOT exit your cars. It is important that we keep the car line moving. We will help the younger children get to their destinations. Cars exit the parking lot via the middle lane and turn right onto Loretto Avenue. Please do not go left because it backs up traffic in the parking lot as well as on Loretto Avenue.

Afternoon Dismissal:
PreK and Kindergarten students dismiss at 2:35 pm. Grades 1-8 dismiss at 2:50 pm.
No cars are allowed in the parking lot at dismissal. Families who pick children up will meet them at the corner in their lines. Should you need to change your afternoon dismissal line, please call the office by 12 pm

We will follow the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s decision on school closures or delays. IF ARCHDIOCESAN SCHOOLS ARE OPEN, our school is OPEN.
Our school will:
- Post message on Class Dojo
- Send parents text and email messages.
- Notify KYW1060AM radio, which announces school opening and closures.
TWO-HOUR DELAY ANNOUNCEMENT
Our school will open at 10:00 a.m. Breakfast will not be served. Lunch will be served.
